I have bought a Carolina Skiff 218 DLV from the Grass Shack. I went to the Grass Shack to see if I even liked the boat. Talked with David and Mike. I then checked with every dealer in the Southeast and nobody could beat there price. They were very good to deal with and took time to help me decide on each option. I love the boat. While I haven’t actually made the purchase yet, David and Mike have been GREAT in answering all my questions, helping me to make sure that I’ve made the right choice of boat. Customer service is second to none ! Had a great experience Saturday with Grass shack marine. No high pressure , we were on the phone for at least a week back and forth working on finance. Very patient and easy to work with. Showed up Saturday boat was out front and ready to go. Took it out on the lake and explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. We noticed one of the bimini rails was bent and they swapped it out with no problem. Easy smooth transaction ., I kept waiting for something to go wrong and dreading pushy salesman . Family owned and operated no hassle one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for a boat to check out Grass shack Marine..
